Collection & Delivery Information
Collection Points
These are specific locations where you can meet our truck at a set time. Please note: our drivers cannot hold flowers or wait if you’re late, as they follow a strict schedule.
•    Minimum order: R2000 for delivery. Orders below R2000 can only use Farm Collection unless you contact the office to arrange special delivery.
•    Order date: The date you select online is when your order leaves the farm.

Delivery Notification
On delivery day, you will receive a WhatsApp message with:
•    Estimated truck arrival time at your pickup point
•    Flower order details
•    Flight information (if applicable)
If your order is under R2000, you can collect from the farm or arrange courier delivery.

Airfreight & Courier Options
Cape Town International Airport: Delivery to Durban, East London, Port Elizabeth, and Johannesburg (same-day delivery not guaranteed).
ST Couriers Stikland:
•    No same-day delivery
•    For Western Cape deliveries, we use ST Couriers
•    Courier charges invoiced directly by ST Courier
•    Delivery date confirmed once flowers arrive at their depot
Air Freight Delivery (FWD Freight):
•    Deliveries arrive at Cape Town Airport after 1 pm
•    Once we receive the waybill and flight info, we’ll share it with you via WhatsApp
•    Flowers are kept cold until collection at the airport
