Collection Points
These are specific locations where you can meet our truck at a set time. Please note that our drivers cannot hold flowers or wait if you are late, as they follow a strict schedule.
•    Minimum order: R1500 for delivery. Orders below R1500 are limited to Farm Collection only, unless special delivery is arranged with the office. Orders exceeding R1500 do not qualify for free delivery.
•    Order date: The date selected online is the date your order leaves the farm.

Picking & Availability
Our team hand-picks your flowers the day before delivery, between 06:00 and 11:30, after which packing begins. If any items are short, Estelle will provide feedback along with photos of suitable alternatives. We always aim to fulfil your order as placed; however, availability is subject to natural growing conditions.

Logistics & Delivery
On the morning of delivery, your estimated delivery time will be shared. This depends on the day’s route and when the truck can leave the farm, therefore times cannot be confirmed in advance. Please ensure collection at the allocated time, as flowers cannot be stored at delivery points. If you require a specific delivery time, kindly advise in advance and we will do our best to assist. If you are unsure about our delivery points, please let us know and we will gladly share them.

Courier & Flying Orders
All orders are dispatched from our main farm in Wolseley, Western Cape. If you are unable to meet our truck at a designated point, we can arrange courier delivery via Parcel Carriers or ST Courier (Western Cape only). Orders to other provinces are sent via Airfreight to your nearest airport for collection.
Please note that boxed orders incur additional costs for waterbags, boxes, and courier or airfreight services.

Invoice & Payment
Your final invoice will be sent via WhatsApp on the morning of delivery. Due to previous challenges, payment is required prior to collection, although you are welcome to pay upfront. Any short payments can be settled once the final invoice is received.

Collection & Transporting Your Blooms
Please bring your own buckets for transferring your flowers. You are welcome to pour our water, including flower food, into your buckets.

Deliveries to Durban, East London, Port Elizabeth, and Johannesburg (same-day delivery not guaranteed).
2.    ST Couriers – Stikland
o    No same-day delivery
o    Used for Western Cape deliveries
o    Courier charges invoiced directly by ST Courier
o    Delivery date confirmed once flowers arrive at the depot
Air Freight Delivery (FWD Freight)
•    Deliveries arrive at Cape Town International Airport after 13:00
•    Waybill and flight details will be shared via WhatsApp
•    Flowers remain refrigerated until collection
•    No door-to-door service available
•    Freight costs are based on the number of boxes, added to your invoice, and must be paid prior to collection
