Getting Started:
To begin, please visit our website and click “Register” in the top right corner. You’ll be prompted to enter your address and a valid cell phone number to create your online profile. Creating a profile ensures you receive important updates and personalised communication. If you’d like to receive our cut flower availability list, tick the box labelled “Availability List – Cut Flowers.”

How to Order:
1. Find a Product:
Browse the website using the category filters or search bar. For cut flowers, go to the “Shop” dropdown and select “Cut Flowers” to view current offerings.
2. Add to Cart:
Click on a product to view details (size, colour, quantity, etc.), select your preferences, and click “Add to Cart.”
3. Review Your Cart:
Check your cart to ensure product details, quantities, and prices are correct.
4. Proceed to Checkout:
Choose your preferred collection point. Please note:
• A delivery fee of R161 applies.
• For delivery (not farm collection), a minimum order of R1500 is required.
If your order is under R1500, collection from the farm is the only option. If you require delivery, please confirm feasibility with our office.
5. Finalise Your Order:
Click “Continue to Review,” “Confirm,” and “Complete Purchase.” Once done, you’ll receive an order number from us.

Payment Policy:
Due to previous issues with unpaid deliveries, we now require proof of payment before collection. Drivers have been instructed not to release orders without payment confirmation. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Cancellation & Amendment Policy:
• 5 days or more before delivery: You may cancel or amend the order without penalty. Please inform our office directly, as online cancellations are not supported.
• 2–4 days before delivery: A 20% cancellation fee applies. You may reduce items by up to 20% per line, and you’re welcome to add more items.
• 0–2 days before delivery: Full order value will be charged; cancellations are not permitted.

Pickup & Timing:
• The date selected online is the dispatch date from our farm.
• A WhatsApp notification will be sent on the day of delivery with your estimated arrival time.
• If you have specific timing needs, please contact the office before dispatch.

Driver & Collection Guidelines:
• Our delivery vehicle is a large white truck branded with the Adene’s Farm Flowers logo.
• Please be on time for collection, flowers cannot be held beyond the allocated time window.
• If you're unable to meet the truck at your kiosk stop, let us know in advance — we can arrange with the florist to hold your flowers until 6 PM the same day.
• Bring your own buckets for transport.

Courier & Airfreight Options:
Courier (ST Couriers, Stikland):
• Western Cape deliveries only.
• Same-day delivery not guaranteed.
• ST Courier will invoice you directly and confirm your expected delivery date.
Air Freight (FWD Freight):
• Delivery to Cape Town Airport only, after 1 PM.
• Waybill and flight details shared via WhatsApp.
• Flowers are kept in cold storage until collected.
Courier Packaging Fees (incl. VAT):
• Small Box: R30
• Large Box: R40
• Waterbags: R7 (each holds 2 bunches)
• Delivery to Cape Town Airport or ST Courier Depot: R161

Invoicing & Payment:
• Invoices are sent via email and WhatsApp.
• Please pay via EFT using your name and invoice number as reference.
• Payment is required before collection; our drivers are instructed not to release flowers without confirmation of payment.
1. Delivery Schedule:
• Standard delivery days: Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays (Fridays only during summer peak season).
• During winter, deliveries are limited to Tuesdays and Thursdays for client-specific orders.
• If you require delivery on an alternative day, please contact our office. These requests cannot be processed online but may be arranged manually.
2. Online Ordering:
• We operate on a two-week stock upload cycle.
• If your preferred delivery date is not visible online, it falls outside our current ordering window and cannot yet be placed via the website.
• We can preload your order manually based on current availability. Please note:
o Availability is not guaranteed until final confirmation.
o Some substitutions may be necessary closer to your delivery date.
• We’ll stay in contact to confirm availability as your date approaches.
3. Special Imports:
• For special import requests, please notify us in advance so we can plan and confirm availability.

To help us fulfil your order efficiently and avoid any delays or substitutions, we recommend placing your order at least 4–5 days in advance.

2. Stock Availability & Updates:
We follow a two-week stock loading cycle, updated every Monday, based on what’s currently available in the garden.
• All in-stock items are available for online ordering.
• If your preferred delivery date is not visible online, it means that date falls outside the current ordering window and cannot yet be processed online.

3. Preloading Orders:
If your required date is not open online, we can preload your order manually based on current stock.
Please note:
• Preloading does not guarantee final availability.
• Substitutions may be necessary closer to dispatch, depending on the harvest.
We’ll stay in close contact to confirm any changes in good time.

4. Special Imports:
For special import items, please notify us well in advance so we can plan and source accordingly.
