Planting Instructions
• Days to Flower: 90–120 days
• Light Preference: Full sun
• Planting Period: March to the first week of June
• Soil Preparation: Add plenty of compost to your soil and mix in a slow-release fertilizer suitable for flowers, such as 5:1:5 (SR). This fertilizer is available for purchase from our webshop.

How to Germinate and Plant
1. Soak the Corms: Soak the corms in room-temperature water for 6–8 hours. Ensure they are in a container where water can circulate, or use a fish pump to provide oxygen if soaking in a bucket.
2. Plant the Corms: After soaking, plant the corms directly in the soil, covering them with 1–2 cm of soil. Space the corms 15–20 cm apart. Do not plant too deep.
3. Water After Planting: Water thoroughly, making sure it penetrates at least 30 cm deep.
4. Maintain Moist Soil: Keep the soil moist (not wet) until germination occurs, usually within 2–4 weeks. Avoid letting the soil dry out for long periods, as this may reduce germination success.

For best results, use our slow-release fertilizer. One application lasts up to 8 months. It can be purchased along with your corms from our webshop.

Shipments will begin toward the end of January & February 2026, giving you the opportunity to secure these beautiful blooms ahead of time.
Once your order is ready, we’ll provide you with Courier Guy tracking details so you can stay updated throughout the delivery process. If you’ve added seeds to your order, they will be shipped during the same period.
