Typical Vase Life: 5–8 days (can last up to 10 days with optimal care)
Care Tips for Extended Vase Life:
• Harvest when flower tassels are fully developed but before they begin to shed.
• Remove lower leaves to maintain water clarity and reduce bacterial growth.
• Place stems in clean, cool water and refresh the water every two days.
• If stems appear wilted, submerge them in deep water immediately after harvest to rehydrate and restore firmness.

🌿 Product Mixing Rules
You are welcome to mix the following products in one order:
• Cut flowers (free delivery on orders over R1500 does not apply to cut flowers)
• Dried goods (must be ordered in advance)
The following products must be ordered separately:
• Commerce items
• Seeds

📅 Delivery Scheduling
• All items in your cart must be booked for the same delivery date
• The date selected online is the date your order leaves the farm
• Deliveries take place on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays
• Special delivery days can be arranged through our office but cannot be selected online

📍 Collection & Delivery Information
• On the morning of delivery, we will send your estimated collection or delivery time via WhatsApp
• Delivery times depend on the day's route and cannot be confirmed beforehand
• Please collect your flowers at the allocated time, as we are unable to store flowers at our delivery points
• If you require a specific collection time, please inform us in advance and we will do our best to assist

🚚 Courier & Air Freight Orders
If you are unable to collect from one of our delivery points, we can arrange courier or air freight delivery.
Western Cape (ST Courier)
• Same-day delivery is not available through ST Courier
• A local courier can be arranged for Cape Town area deliveries if booked in advance
• ST Courier will invoice you directly
• Delivery dates will be confirmed once flowers arrive at their depot
Air Freight (Other Provinces)
• Orders are sent to your nearest airport for collection
• Collection is available after 13:00 on the arrival day
• Flight details and waybill information will be sent via WhatsApp
• Flowers remain in cold storage until collection
Please note: Boxed orders require additional packaging and handling charges.

📦 Courier Fees (Incl. VAT)
• Small box: R70
• Large box: R80
• Water bags: R10 each (holds approximately 2 bunches)
• Airport / ST Courier delivery fee: R161
(Airfreight costs are additional and will be added to your invoice according to the number of boxes sent.)

💳 Payment
• Your final invoice will be sent via email and WhatsApp on the morning of delivery
• Payment must be received before collection
• EFT payments only
• Please use your order number and invoice number as your payment reference
• Orders will only be released once payment has been received and confirmed
