Delivery and Pickup Information
1. Select Delivery Day:
- During checkout, choose the day of the week you would like your order to be ready for pickup: Tuesday, Thursday, or Friday
2. Same-Day Pickup:
- Ensure that all items in your basket are scheduled for the same pickup date.
- The date you select on the website indicates when your order will be ready for collection at the farm.
- You will receive your confirmed collection time via WhatsApp on the day of collection.
3. Collection Point Selection:
- During checkout, you will be able to select your preferred collection point.
- Please choose Pretoria for collection from Adene’s Farm Flowers.
4. Order Summary:
- After completing checkout, you will receive an order summary via email.
- If you do not receive this email, your order has not been processed.
- Please contact us if you do not receive a confirmation email.
5. Payment
- Payments are made securely online via PayFast at checkout.
Delivery Notification
- On the morning of your pickup day, you will receive a WhatsApp message confirming that your order is ready for collection.
Invoice Details
- An invoice will be sent to you via email for your records.
Pickup Time
- Please collect your flowers at the specified time to ensure you receive the freshest and highest quality flowers.
